MEMI AUSTRALIA RULEA AND REGULATIONS
- All garbage must be taken home by stall holder or food truck. Anyone caught dumping rubbish will incur a $500 clean-up fee.
- Stall/Marquee/Food truck setup: no ground penetrating pegs, or posts are permitted at MEMI Australia events. Surrounding area up to 2 meters of each stall/marquee/food truck is the responsibility of each participant.
- No pets including fish, dogs, cat lizards etc are to be sold at MEMI Australia events without prior council approval
- All new products must be approved by MEMI Australia managers before being sold at MEMI Australia events. No illegal counterfeit copied, or stolen goods are permitted for sale.
- All stall holders must have a minimum $20,000,000 public liability insurance cover for all MEMI Australia events
- MEMI Australia management reserve the right to refuse admission to any MEMI Australia events and if needed to eject any person or chattels if stall holder, food truck, entertainer or other without reason. All stall holders must comply with all laws, rules and regulations of the state the MEMI Australia event is held in.
- All business owners are responsible for the conduct of their employees
- Complaints and disputes are to be directed to info@memiaustralia.com and not approach other stall holders or food vans with a negative manner. MEMI Australia events are to give the community a great fun day and not to spread negativity.
- Force Majeure. If the event is prevented to perform due any acts defined by act of god, rain, fire, floods, high winds or other natural disaster, malicious injury, strikes, lockouts or other labour troubles, riots, incursion, war or other of like nature not the fault of MEMI Australia or its managers and operators and not held liable for such incidents and loss of income or fees.
- All Stalls/Food trucks are liable for their own permits and training and it is not the responsibility of MEMI Australia and its managers and operators to run your business for you. No information given by MEMI Australia or its managers and operators can be held liable as the information given if requested is a guideline and not MEMI Australia or its managers and operator’s requirement to verify or fact check.
- All fees and payments must be made 7 days prior to MEMI Australia events. Cancellation of booking must be made within 48 hours of event and incurs a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours’ notice will void refunds
